The report, in collaboration with EY Economic Advisory, utilises data from over 30,000 claim applications for injuries sustained by visitors to businesses and public spaces between 2019-2023 with an overall reduction of 40% in claims volumes noted during this period. The report also highlights sector-specific trends in accidents and claims, with a more detailed focus on specific areas such as childcare for the first time.
