Injuries Resolution Board Strategic Plan 2025 - 2030

The Injuries Resolution Board is developing a new Strategic Plan and wants to hear from you.

The Injuries Resolution Board is Ireland’s independent State Body which resolves personal injury claims. We were established to support the fair, prompt, and transparent resolution of personal injuries claims without the need for unnecessary and costly litigation.

We are currently developing a new Five-Year Strategic Plan and want to hear from interested parties.

There have been significant changes to our external and internal operating environment in recent times, including the introduction of the Personal Injuries Guidelines, the launch of our mediation service, the development of our new research function, and the addition of the operation of the Garda Compensation Scheme to our remit. These recent developments illustrate the value and expertise of our organisation, which we believe can be harnessed to deliver more as we develop our new strategic plan for 2025 to 2030.

Over the last five years we have also assessed over 43,000 claims and we would like to hear from people who have experienced our service.
